This work culminated in the enactment of Law 21.057 and the implementation of the Investigative Interview. In collaboration with Fundaci\u00f3n Paz Ciudadana, they evaluated the impact of this technic through a quasi-experimental design, concluding that the Investigative Interview significantly increases the probability of formalization, sentencing and conviction without lengthening judicial processes. However, its effectiveness is lower with younger children, evidencing the need for tailored approaches and specialized training.
