It presents the results of the effectiveness evaluation of the first five versions of the initial training program for investigative interviewers from the Chilean Public Prosecutor&#8217;s Office under the framework of Law 21.057. The results showed a significant increase in the use of open-ended questions and a decrease in closed and suggestive interventions, which is considered an indicator of the effectiveness of this first training program in Chile.
