The performance of 53 participants (lawyers, psychologists, and social workers from the Public Prosecutor&#8217;s Office) was evaluated through simulated interviews conducted before and after the courses. The results show a substantial increase in the use of open-ended questions in post-training evaluations. Additionally, a significant reduction in less desirable interventions, such as closed and suggestive questions, was observed.
