Statement

On Wednesday, February 12, after having spoken the previous day with Moisés Bravo and his lawyer, we submitted our resignation from representing him in the two cases in which we were his counsel, in order to ensure that the legal management is handled exclusively by his personal lawyer, who has been involved in the case and has supported Mr. Bravo from the beginning.

The Foundation has made available to Moisés Bravo and his legal team all experts, reports, and witnesses gathered by Amparo y Justicia, and will continue to offer advice whenever it is requested.

Likewise, Fundación Amparo y Justicia will continue providing support and psychological assistance to Moisés, with the same commitment and dedication with which we have worked throughout this entire process.

For over 25 years, our mission has been the pursuit of justice for children and adolescents who are victims of sexual assault in the context of homicide, as well as support for their families. This work remains our priority and will continue to be the central focus of our efforts.
