The “Spirit of Law 21.057” Award will recognize excellence in the protection of the rights of children and adolescents

This initiative aims to recognize and reward good institutional practices, highlighting the exceptional work of interviewers and instructors committed to protecting the rights of children and adolescents (NNA) who are victims of sexual and other serious crimes.

As part of the 2nd Interviewers’ Congress, to be held on May 13, 14, and 15, Fundación Amparo y Justicia, with the support of various institutions involved in Law 21.057 on Videorecorded Interviews, will present the “Spirit of Law 21.057” Award.

The recognition will be divided into two categories: interviewers and instructors, in order to value the essential work of those directly involved in the videorecorded interview process and those who train and support the development of these professionals.

The awardees, selected for their commitment and dedication to the implementation of the Videorecorded Interviews Law, will be recognized as examples of excellence and best practices in the protection of children’s rights.

The Congress will feature six international experts who will deliver talks and workshops. This event will also serve as a platform to share experiences and strengthen the connection among all actors involved in the judicial system, reaffirming their commitment to the country’s children and adolescents.
